Thermistor
The Thermistor is used to read temperature inside the vehicle on the CompuStar 4300A, 5000AS &5200S controllers. The Thermistor is intended for 2 Way remote systems that show the temperature (Celsius or Ferenheit) readout on the LCD screen. With the Thermistor you can check the temperature inside your vehicle and even set you vehicle to remote start when it passes the set temperature threshold.

TEMPSENSOR
The Temperature Sensor is used with the CompuStar CM3 Series only. The Sensor has different cold settings that start the vehicle when it has reached the set temperature. The CompuStar checks the Temperature Sensor every 1.5 or 3 hours.
